Solution Guarantee.

Our Solution Guarantee gives you the peace of mind when acquiring Sierra DigiTally.  You are entitled to run installed systems and evaluate desktop software for 30-days, and hardware equipment  including mobile devices for ten days; if not satisfied with the performance of Sierra DigiTally you may return for a full refund.

Product Demonstrations.

Because Sierra DigiTally is a complete solution, we recommend that you take advantage of our Solution Guarantee.  This option will allow you to review actual operations with new equipment rather than experiencing a generic demonstration with demo-equipment.   We recommend an actual deployment of full or partial system (depending on your project)  for evaluation.  Since you have our guarantee, it'll save you time in evaluating and actually using and learning about the system that will be part of your operations.  This time is well invested by your company.  Please see the Deployment section below.   However, if you feel you must have an actual demonstration, please read the On-Site Demo section.

Deployment.

We offer two deployment options, Self-Installed and Sierra-Installed.

Self-Installed option is optimal for smaller projects, or for projects where companies have their own IT personnel.  Sierra provides telephone and online support to ensure a successful deployment.  Installation involves software and equipment setup. 

Sierra-Installed option involves Sierra technicians to visit your site to setup software and equipment, and offer training.  While we do not charge for a technician's full-day of services, we request that trip costs are covered by our customers.

You may take advantage of either one of the deployment programs when using Solution Guarantee to evaluate Sierra DigiTally.

On-Site Demonstration.

We'll be glad to visit your site and demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions.  Our on-site demonstration visit policy is as follows:

1. We ask that you gain a level of understanding of the Sierra DigiTally solution and justify that it can benefit your operations.  You may obtain additional product information by visiting  Information & Resources; we also recommend that you request a system quote.

2.  You are not obligated to make a purchase, however we'd like to make sure you are ready for Sierra DigiTally deployment once all features have been demonstrated successfully.  We limit our visits to customers who are ready to move forward and try to eliminate unproductive curiousity trips.

3. We request that all trip costs are covered.

4. Visits are subject to schedules and availability.

Financing.
